The DFM404 4WD model has the power you need around most small acreage properties. The motor includes a 40hp, 2.54 litre, 4 cylinder diesel engine with 4 wheel drive. There are 8 forward and 2 reverse gears on this manual drive 40 horsepower model. Cabin models available.
The 40hp, DFS404 4WD model tractor has the same 40 horsepower, 2.54 litre, 4 cylinder engine as the manual model but comes with a synchromesh, shuttle-shift transmission that allows smooth transition between gears. The step-through gives easier console access and comfort to the farmer. This tractor model has the benefit of 8 reverse gears and 8 forward gears.
