4 in 1 FRONT END LOADER

Front End Loaders are by far the most popular accessory chosen by lifestyle farmers because they let you do so much more with the machine.

4 in 1 buckets are particularly useful as they have the ability to scoop, blade, level as well as grab. It’s ideal for shifting all kinds of material from soil, to gravel to garden mulch. Opening the 4 in 1 bucket up exposes the blade for scraping and pushing soil. And being able to close the bucket over an object gives the ability to grab.

A self levelling feature enables finer grading to be done and enhances safety by keeping the bucket level when lifting the boom. The loader even comes with safety lock out pins enabling the boom to remain safely raised for easy access during engine maintenance.

Quick release design means the bucket can be easily removed and various other attachments fitted. Pallet tines turn your tractor into a forklift and a hay spike makes easy work of shifting hay bales. The entire loader assembly can also be removed from the tractor to make it easier to manoeuvre in confined spaces for jobs such as slashing.

BACK HOE

Backhoes are purpose built for digging. They are ideal for digging trenches for laying pipe and very handy for jobs such as cleaning out spillways or removing tree stumps. A variety of bucket sizes from 180mm to 900mm are available and even a ripper can be fitted.

A great feature of this back hoe is its' robust connection to the tractor. It mounts on two strong beams connected to the tractor chassis rather than just mounting on the 3 point linkage like some other designs. Yet the back hoe can still be easily removed enabling a number of other implements to be used.

CABINS

There are two options when it comes to cabins. The simple design of the weather cabin is ideal for keeping out chilly wind and rain. To keep cool in summer the air conditioned cabin is the way to go.

TYRES

Agricultural tyres come standard on East Wind tractors. They offer the most traction but can be aggressive on soft ground.

Turf tyres with a much more subtle tread pattern are designed to be gentle on lawns but give less traction in the paddock. Industrial tyres are more of an "all rounder" in terms of good traction and suitability for lawns.

DUAL WHEELS

Dual wheels provide a wider track for greater stability on steep gradients – available on DFM 354 and 404 models.
