East Wind Service is a Network of authorised Service Centres located throughout Australia to cater for the routine servicing, repairs and warranty work for East Wind Tractors and Dozers.

Each Service Centre is individually owned and have qualified mechanics that specialise in servicing agricultural machinery. You deal directly with local businesses who know your area and understand your specific needs.

East Wind Tractor and Dozer owners are spread right throughout Australia, so we have set up an easy to use 'Service Locator'. You simply enter your postcode and the Service Centres closest to that postcode are displayed. Select the Service Centre you prefer to find out more information about that business, including contact details, website link, open times and details about their services and what areas they cover. There is also a Service Request Form that is sent directly to that Service Centre.

We are currently expanding the network and are seeking quality Service Agents to join the East Wind Service Network.

All Service Centre staff throughout Australia have been trained in the technical requirements of the East Wind range of Tractors and Dozers. Service Centres offer most, if not all of the following services, maintenance and repairs:

Warranty Work

All Warranty claims need to be made through the East Wind Office or Branch that your machine was purchased from. We have an online 'Warranty Claim Form' for you to contact your seller. Once an assessment of the warranty claim has been completed and accepted, the warranty work will then be passed to your local Service Centre for processing.

All East Wind Service Centres use 'Genuine East Wind Parts' as well as top quality oils and lubricants.
